- Make sure to weed wack all the weeds in the front on the concrete and the small patch that is appoximately 4 feet wide behind the fence in the back needs to be cut . The back yard is divided into 4 sections that all have thier own gate. this must be done with push mower because rider will not fit. There is one of the four that is currently a mess from a bad tenant and if not able to cut or trim then leave alone until further notice!
