AVOID ALL BLACK DIRT THAT IS EXPOSED. NEW SEED HAS BEEN APPLIED. Far north side of property has a path for a mower to navigate. Has three yellow stakes to help get into backyard. ONLY USE THIS GATE FOR BACKYARD. They will have to go over the black rubber edging on the way up the hill, DO NOT RUN MOWER. Don't mow the black dirt.
